Compulsory Terms of Reference Template for MOU Agreement

Here are a few terms of reference to be considered in the collaboration of Peleguin & “X” Real Estate Company.

We agree to the following:

1. Smart Electrical wiring of the buildings (which is different from normal wiring).
2. Installation of all the smart device & Networking of the buildings.
3. That we will be paid X% of installation cost for X section of work as seen on building quote of Real Estate Company per time.
4. That Peleguin will be involved in the procurement of the Smart Devices to ensure quality as we can only guarantee credibility for those devices which we supervised their purchase and source.
5. That we will be the only company to maintain the devices if any challenge arise for proper warranty protection.
6. That all team members sent by Peleguin will be properly given all necessary materials as Real Estate Company temporary workers upon entry to sites to avoid site bias or security issues.
7. That Peleguin team members shall not be poached by X Real Estate company or her partners without prior written letter to and approved response from the Peleguin Board or Mr Joshua Oshowo.
